Baby Basics of Sarasota Receives Donation

On January 27, 2025, Baby Basics of Sarasota County, Inc was presented with a check for $23,750 by the group 100 Women Who Care. 100 Women Who Care is a local chapter of a worldwide grassroots movement that serves the local Greater Sarasota community. The group meets twice a year and collectively selects a local charity to support financially. Baby Basics was selected at their meeting on November 13, 2024. Baby Basics of Sarasota County, Inc. is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides diapers, wipes and kindness to working, low-income families who do not receive any governmental assistance and that promotes literacy through a partnership with the Library Foundation for Sarasota County.
