The League of Women Voters of Sarasota County Launches New Website

Government

The League of Women Voters of Sarasota County is a nonpartisan, grassroots nonprofit dedicated to empowering voters and defending democracy. Their new website, lwvsrq.org, made possible by the generous support of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, contains a wealth of information about the League and the educational resources they offer voters. In 2024, the League reached over 260,000 local voters with their “Get Out The Vote Campaign” which was fueled by over 16,000 volunteer hours. Given the ease of navigation that our new website offers, we are now positioned to offer our over 300+ members and the public a rewarding browsing experience.
