March 15, 2025, from 5-10pm Mothers Helping Mothers is celebrating the 3rd Annual Power of Purple Gala celebrating 35 years of community impact. Mothers Helping Mothers (MHM) is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization that provides basic necessities free of charge to families in Sarasota and Manatee counties. MHM supports families in need by fostering resiliency, self-sufficiency, and family stability. In 2024, MHM served 3,200 families representing 6,270 children. This was nearly 10,000 individuals! The Power of Purple celebration will include dinner, fashion show, silent auction, dancing, open bar, music by #NoFilter, and SNN’s Gia Lanci as Emcee. Power of Purple is being held at The Grove Ballroom in Lakewood Ranch, 10670 Boardwalk Loop, Lakewood Ranch. Tickets are $200.
