Halfacre Construction Company Begins Work on Pace Center for Girls Manatee

The Giving Coast

Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently began construction on a single story 17,000-square-foot building for Pace Center for Girls Manatee, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides a safe and supportive environment for girls to build healthy relationships, plan for their future and overcome histories of trauma. Located at 3508 26th St. W in Bradenton, the new state-of-the-art facility will be designed to accommodate a larger capacity to change more lives, allowing for expanded programing and broadened support services, including additional classrooms, upgrades to technology, a health clinic, commercial kitchen, a Reach Program and additional security. In addition to the new building, site work will also be completed by Halfacre Construction.
