NDC Construction Company today announced the appointment of Les Snyder as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Snyder, a nationally recognized construction executive, assumes day-to-day leadership as longtime NDC President Ron Allen transitions to the full-time role of Chairman and Owner. Snyder’s career spans major infrastructure, commercial, and defense projects across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. His leadership roles have included C-suite executive positions at firms such as American Bridge, Barton Malow, and S&B USA (formerly i+icon USA/Fay). Les is actively engaged with the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and is former President of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
