Manatee Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Judy Young, MBA, BSN, RN, as its new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), reporting to Andy Guz, CEO, Manatee Memorial Hospital. A seasoned healthcare leader with more than 38 years of nursing experience, Judy transitions into this role after serving with distinction as CNO at sister facility Lakewood Ranch Medical Center since 2014. In her new position, Judy will lead all nursing services and the clinical aspects of all other hospital departments, continuing her unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and compassionate care. Her proven track record in optimizing patient outcomes, strengthening nurse engagement, and successfully navigating numerous Joint Commission accreditations positions her as an outstanding addition to the hospital’s executive leadership team.
