Tervis, the nationally loved drinkware company founded in 1946, is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Parsons as its new president and chief revenue officer, effective August 25, 2025. With more than 35 years of leadership experience in the consumer goods industry, Parsons brings a strong track record of driving growth, strategic vision and a deep understanding of evolving consumer needs. Over the course of his career, he has held senior executive roles at The Dannon Company, Yankee Candle and Wellness Pet Company, where he led initiatives that delivered significant revenue growth and brand expansion. Parsons has a master’s degree in business administration from Bentley University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Northeastern University.
