Coastal Orthopedics, a full-service provider of comprehensive orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, spine care, diagnostic imaging and physical therapy service, recently had four of its physicians speak at the 9th annualGulfcoast Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Conference on Saturday, August 23 at The Ritz Carlton in Sarasota. The annual event is designed to bring orthopaedic surgeons, physical and occupational therapists together in an educational forum. Through a series of didactic lectures, leading area surgeons discussed the treatment of various upper and lower extremity conditions, and the role physical and occupational therapy plays in the management of these disorders.
