Senior Friendship Centers (SFC) has been recognized as one of the Herald-Tribune’s 2025 Sarasota-Manatee Top Workplaces, placing 4th in the Mid-Size category (organizations with 101-201 employees). The distinction is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute. The award highlights SFC’s people-first culture and commitment to advancing wellness, connection, and enrichment throughout the journey of aging. Only 33 organizations across the region received this recognition in 2025.
