As many of you know, Taste of Spain is not just a business — it is my life, my passion. Right now, my husband is in the hospital facing a very serious health challenge. Recent days have been overwhelming, and I realize even more how much the love and goodwill support of this community mean to me. This little store has always been built with my hands and heart, but also with the help of all of you — your kindness, your encouragement, and your joy in sharing Spanish traditions with me. Now more than ever, I need your support, and I hope to see you at the store, at our classes, or simply stopping by to say hello. Cooking and sharing Spain with you gives me strength.
