Sunshine from Darkness will Create a Spark During Inspiring Hope Dinner

On January 23, 2026, Sunshine from Darkness will present its annual Inspiring Hope Dinner, with proceeds to benefit youth resiliency programs, educational initiatives, and community outreach. This year's event will feature entertainment by Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe founder/artistic director Nate Jacobs and Naärai; the bestowing of the 2026 Lee & Bob Peterson Legacy Award on the Karp Family; testimonials by program participants; dinner; and dancing.
