HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital recently opened a newly renovated cardiac catherization lab. This expands the hospital’s ability to deliver advanced cardiac and electrophysiology (EP) care to area residents. The new lab features all new equipment and the latest life-saving technology. A large crowd of local cardiologists, nurses, cardiovascular services staff and leaders gathered to cut the ribbon to open the new space recently.The new Cath lab features new imaging systems, a renovated procedure suite, control room and modernized work spaces. This will allow physicians to perform a wider range of complex procedures with greater precision and help with patient comfort and efficiency.
