During two Veterans Day events on November 8, Goodwill Manasota's Veterans Services program received donations in support of its work. Benderson Development awarded a gift of $10,000 just prior to Santa's Grand Arrival Parade at UTC; the Rotary Club of Longboat Key presented a check of $7,500 during the Longboat Key Veterans Day & 70th Anniversary Celebration at Town Center Green.
