Sheriff Hoffman Holds Promotion Ceremony

Sarasota County Sheriff Kurt A. Hoffman is proud to announce the promotion of two sheriff’s office members during a ceremony held on Wednesday. Booking Technician II Amanda Garris was promoted to Classification Supervisor assigned to Corrections Services Bureau. Garris joined the agency in 2017 as a Control Room Specialist. Communications Operator II Alexander (Zander) Lowen was promoted to Emergency Operations Supervisor assigned to Emergency Operations Bureau. Lowen joined the agency in 2019 as a Communications Operator III.
