Following an impressive $54 million transformation, the Bradenton Area Convention Center is now open and looking forward to an ever-growing list of events in 2026 and beyond.  Managed by the Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, the new venue and its modern headquarters hotel have garnered attention from meeting planners nationwide, especially those looking to mix business and leisure at their next conference, trade show, or corporate retreat. The reimagined Convention Center offers 95,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting space for up to 3,800 guests. Highlights include a new Grand Ballroom that seats up to 800 guests banquet style, an Exhibit Hall well-suited for large-scale events, a Conference Center with four breakout rooms that can be divided into seven spaces, as well as two outdoor event plazas. Connected to the Convention Center by a climate-controlled corridor is the Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa, featuring 252 spacious rooms, rooftop dining, spa services, and other luxury amenities for the ultimate attendee experience.
