United for Relief Reggae Festival Brings Global Talent and Local Compassion Together for Jamaica

Arts & Culture

Moved by heartbreaking and all-too-familiar images and stories of the devastation left in the wake of Hurricane Melissa across Jamaica, a group of Sarasota business and community leaders joined forces to create the United for Relief Reggae Festival, a two-day benefit concert to raise funds and awareness for those affected by the storm. The event, produced by Paragon Festivals, will take place Saturday and Sunday, December 13 and 14, at the Sarasota Fairgrounds, with proceeds supporting Food For The Poor and its on-the-ground relief efforts across Jamaica. Tickets and event details are available at UnitedForRelief.com.

Saturday, December 13 to Sunday, December 14, Sarasota Fairgrounds, 3000 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota.
