The Players Studio is proud to present Into the Woods Jr., running December 12–13 at Payne Park Auditorium. Performed by the talented young artists of  The Players Studio, this enchanting musical weaves together beloved fairy-tale characters as they venture into the unknown to pursue their wishes and discover who they are along the way. A junior adaptation of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Tony Award-winning musical, Into the Woods, invites audiences of all ages to explore themes of growing up, responsibility, courage, and community. With humor, heart, and unforgettable music, the production showcases the students’ hard work, creativity, and a level of artistry far beyond their years. The Into the Woods Jr. cast is also preparing a special cut of the show to perform at the 2025 Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta, where they will represent The Players Studio on a national stage. The production offers local audiences a first look at the work these students will present among some of the best youth performing arts programs in the country.
