House Watch Sarasota, which had been operating under the umbrella of Girl Friday Sarasota since 2009, has relaunched as an independent business serving Sarasota and Manatee counties. The basic House Watch Sarasota service consists of 90-point inspection visits to the home, which include checking the inside and outside of the property thoroughly, ensuring everything is secure, and making sure all is well with the air conditioner, plumbing, electric, landscaping, and pool.
