Wellen Park is celebrating the beauty and vibrancy of visual art during the Wellen Park Fine Art Festival on Valentine’s Day weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 14-15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event, which is free and open to the public, will transform Wellen Park Boulevard into an outdoor gallery featuring stunning works by talented artists from Florida and throughout the United States. The Wellen Park Fine Art Festival is presented in partnership with Paragon Events.
