Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Keynote Luncheon Featuring Nik Wallenda

Arts & Culture

Join us for a luncheon and conversation with superstar aerialist and "King of the High Wire" Nik Wallenda about his exciting work and its parallels with Alexander Calder's artwork. Calder was fascinated with the circus and studied aerialists at the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in 1925, arriving at the principles of balance and motion to result in the signature kinetic movement of his mobiles. The event will include a plated lunch. Space is limited. Tickets $125
