March unfolds with a vibrant mix of art, community and creative exploration at Creative Liberties, beginning with the Wine Down Wednesday Art Tour, Wednesday, March 4, 4 p.m., at Chaz 51, 549 US 41 Bypass N, Venice.  Artists will lead guests on a personalized tour of artwork displayed throughout the restaurant.
