Located at 1525 Fourth St., Suite C, the property encompasses approximately 7,471 square feet, including a mezzanine. Originally known as The Citrus Exchange, the unique building dates to 1925. It has housed several restaurant concepts over the years, including Darwin’s, Servando, Mad Crow Brewery, Oasis and Nancy’s BBQ. With a complex, multilayered history, the site is now reimagined as a fresh, contemporary venue for Japanese cuisine called Hanami Sushi Cocktails & Grill. The expanded concept is the creation of Tsunami Restaurant Services LLC under managing member Samuel Ray, with partners Jeffrey Karasawa and Jason Klamson.
