Key Chorale Presents One Light, Many Voices: A Festival of the Human Spirit and Sacred Song

Arts & Culture

Key Chorale announces One Light, Many Voices, an uplifting celebration of unity, faith, and the human spirit, taking place May 3, 2026 at 4:00 PM at First United Methodist Church, Sarasota. Led by guest conductor Jamal Sarikoki, this powerful program brings together more than 150 voices – Key Chorale, the choirs of First United Methodist Church and Church of the Redeemer, brass sextet, timpani, and organ for an afternoon of jubilant sound and inspiring texts. In an exciting opportunity, audience members are invited to join the festival choir, brass, and percussion in singing O God, Our Help in Ages Past, The Old Hundredth Psalm Tune, and We Shall Overcome. This participatory element underscores the concert’s central theme: many voices coming together as one. Tickets are $35. For tickets, go to keychorale.org or call the box office at 941-552-8768. Students 18 and under are free and college students are $10.
