On April 15, 175 guests at Michael's On East, sparkling in purple, became chefs for a night, donning black aprons over their finest attire. Under the expert guidance of co-proprietor Phil Mancini and Chef Jamil Pineda, attendees crafted four-course meals, honoring the late Josh Chapnick’s passion for cooking, which he developed during his time at Seasons52. The culinary evening seamlessly transitioned into a spirited fundraising effort, as guests raised their paddles to support epilepsy assistance. Now in its eighth year, the event, largely backed by SK Life Science, celebrates Josh’s legacy through JoshProvides.org. The effort has raised over $115,000, plus $100,000 in matching funds, bringing help and hope to those affected by epilepsy.
