Free Community Cleanup in Englewood set for Saturday, May 16

Englewood residents looking to dispose of unwanted household items and yard waste can take part in an upcoming free community cleanup event. Join Sarasota County and drop off your items from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 16 at Buchan Airport Community Park, where dumpsters for residential customers will be available at 1390 Old Englewood Road, Englewood. Appliances, small vehicle tires (limit of four tires per household), and electronics, such as computers and monitors, will be accepted.
