After spending six years in Boston, Chef Patrick LaFountain built his culinary background around the rich culinary landscape and seascape of New England seafood before expanding his experience in a James Beard awarded Asian restaurant kitchen. From cooking for intimate groups to managing teams the past 12 years, Patrick now brings his appreciation for fresh seafood, expertise in the kitchen, love of sharing a good meal and experience back to his home state of Florida and to Lefty’s Oyster & Seafood Bar.
