Think you’ve got a cocktail worthy of the spotlight? Or, do you enjoy spectating the competitive alchemy of a true Mixologist? Join us for our Penelope Pour Off competition on Wednesday, July 1 from 6–9 pm, where local bartenders will go head-to-head in a multi-round cocktail competition.  Alexis & Ryan from Penelope, and Bryan from Luxco will be our guest judges. All competitors arrive at 5:00 pm. Penelope Bourbon training starts at 5:30, and competition starts at 6:0 pm. Competitors will receive mystery ingredients and create original cocktails to advance through rounds until a Champ is crowned! Competitors may bring one homemade simple syrup, one Bitters, and any unique garnishes. Penelope will provide prize baskets for 1st 2nd and 3rd place.  The Field is limited to 12 so if you’d like to compete, give us a call or stop by to add your name to the bartender sign-up sheet.
