Oyster River Ecology Secures Funding

Oyster River Ecology (ORE), a Manatee County-based nonprofit dedicated to large-scale ecological restoration, has secured more than $750,000 in funding and equipment investments over the past year, including more than $650,000 awarded during May 2026. The organization has also received approval for additional restoration sites that will expand oyster reef restoration efforts across Florida's Suncoast.
