This November, Embracing Our Differences is calling on volunteer readers to bring the joy of reading to classrooms across Sarasota, Manatee, and Pinellas County schools during our Bucket Fillers Reading Day. Volunteers will visit local classrooms to share uplifting, age-appropriate stories that celebrate kindness, respect, and inclusion. No experience necessary, just a love of reading and a desire to make a difference in a child's day. It's a simple way to make a big impact: support literacy, inspire young learners, and help fill buckets across our community, one story at a time.
