Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources (PRNR) invites the community to celebrate Park and Recreation Month this July by enjoying parks, beaches, natural areas and special events. This year's National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) theme, "The Power Of," highlights how parks and recreation strengthen communities by fostering connection, well-being and a sense of belonging through welcoming public spaces and engaging programs that enrich everyday life.
