Wellen Park has risen to No. 3 among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, reporting 727 new home sales during the first half of 2026, according to the midyear rankings released by national real estate consulting firm RCLCO. Wellen Park’s sales increased 37% compared to the same period in 2025, far exceeding the nearly 3% sales increase reported collectively among RCLCO’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities.
