Lee Wetherington Homes, a top-rated, privately owned custom luxury home builder in Sarasota, and Homes by Towne, a privately owned boutique home builder, have announced the opening of The Summit, a premier amenity center designed as the social heart of Shellstone at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch. The facility opened to residents on August 4 and will celebrate a public grand opening on November 7.
