The Sarasota Players is proud to announce that Drawn In by Glenn Schudel has been selected as the winner of the 2026 Players New Play Festival. The winning play was selected following a week of readings featuring five original works by local playwrights. Each reading was followed by an audience talkback, giving the playwrights an opportunity to hear reactions, questions, and feedback directly from the community.
