Throughout October, Ocean Prime Sarasota will be featuring a Citrus Brined Halibut with house-made gnocchi, English peas, beech mushrooms and a lemon truffle reduction. It’s finished with white truffle oil, sliced black truffle and fresh parsley, and will be available October 1 through 31 for $55.
