The Manatee Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will honor veterans and active-duty military members throughout November with free certified copies of official and court records, passport photos, and notary services in recognition of Veterans Day. Veterans and active-duty military members can receive these services Nov. 1–30, 2026, by presenting a valid DD-214 or military ID. There is no limit on the number of services per visit. Veterans and service members can visit the Clerk & Comptroller’s office in person at 1115 Manatee Ave. W. in downtown Bradenton during regular business hours, Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office will close Wednesday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day, and Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26–27, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
