Michael Saunders & Company is pleased to welcome Janet Carter to the Main Street Sarasota office. Stepping out from “behind the scenes” of some of the area’s most successful real estate teams, Janet Carter’s creativity and sharp business insights blend effortlessly with her passion for Southwest Florida’s lifestyles and her nearly two decades of real estate experience.

Originally from South Beach on Long Island’s north shore, Janet has had the opportunity to live and work in many of Sarasota’s feeder markets, developing valuable relationships across the country that now serve her sellers well. She moved to central Florida in 2004 and shortly after channeled her natural abilities in business, art, and hospitality into a profitable career as a Realtor within new construction. In 2015, she joined the Michael Saunders & Company team and was an integral part of the success of a multi-million dollar producing team, honing her skills in customer service, design, and marketing along the way. Now embarking on her own, she will continue to utilize the knowledge and resources gained to offer exceptional real estate experiences.
