I think the best endorsement that one can give any restaurant is that one still chooses to eat at said restaurant having worked there. Being intimately acquainted with the quality and treatment of the ingredients and the passion of the chef and management gives one a unique perspective on the beautiful plate of food, the artfully made cocktail and the pleasant ambiance. I used to be a waitress at The Table Creekside. At the beginning of each shift I donned gloves and rolled yuca mozzarella dough into bite-sized delicacies for baking and distribution to the tables I would later approach with recommendations of specials like Salmon Carpaccio or perfectly translucent Chilean Sea Bass to pair with innovative, hand-crafted, cocktails like the Kosher Dill Pickle Martini or the Caprese Cocktail. I used to work at The Table Creekside and I can say, without reservation, that you should make a reservation.
