Alfredda Smith-Odato has joined the Sarasota office of RE/MAX Platinum Realty. Focusing on residential real estate including second homes and new homes, Smith-Odato has 15 years of local real estate experience and a background in international relations, starting in the import-export business, where she frequently interacted with foreign nationals and became an expert in the intricate duty free and customs laws while selling to the Diplomatic Corp in Washington D.C. and the United Nations in New York while leading an eight-person team. She also has experience as an entrepreneur, owning and operating a successful Mail Boxes, Etc. franchise and her own real estate firm, Suncoast Global Real Estate, LLC.
