Ward Harris has been placed with MJB Wood Group as line of business manager – furniture, gaining responsibility for the P&L management of the furniture line of business. Harris will focus on leading growth in top-line sales and bottom-line profitability, including outside and inside sales. Harris will lead the growth of the company in its supply of wood components to the furniture manufacturing vertical through expansion into new markets, development of value-added products and broadening the customer base. Harris earned his bachelor's of business administration degree from the University of Kentucky. With an extensive background in hardwood veneer at Hartzell Veneer Products and Arkansas Face Veneer, Harris was most recently North American sales manager at Coldwater Veneer.
