Trust Pacific Rim to help warm the belly during these freaky cold days with its Hot Lava roll, an ode to the power of Sriracha. Practice your sushi-rolling skills while cozying up with the heat on and pair with a warm green tea or hot toddy to keep the fire burning. 

Ingredients: 2 pieces of cream cheese (cut into long rectangles); 1 crab stick (tear in half); scallion; seaweed sheet; sushi rice; sesame seeds; mayo; Sriracha sauce; eel sauce.

Lay seaweed paper on flat surface. Apply rice to cover paper sprinkle with sesame seeds. Flip over, lay cream cheese and crab lengthwise and use bamboo mat to roll up tightly. Slice into 6 pieces and arrange in oven safe dish. For the topping, mix scallops and crabstick with the special sauce (equal parts mayo, Sriracha and eel sayce) and cook 3-5 minutes in 450 degree oven. Spoon the cooked topping on the sushi pieces and garnish with scallions.
