Ear Research Foundation Welcomes Lane, Patel

The Ear Research Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the research, education, and community outreach for hearing and balance disorders, has named Melissa Lane as executive director. The nonprofit has also welcomed Dishank Patel as Research Coordinator working in cooperation with the Silverstein Institute. Lane’s nonprofit career spans more than 20 years advocating for community awareness, charitable support and operational growth for arts and human service organizations across Sarasota. Patel was with Hill Top Research, Inc. in St. Petersburg for the last three years, and will help coordinate studies relating to innovations concerning ear diseases, hearing loss, balance disorders, as well as sinus and throat diseases.
