Weekend brunch options just got a lot more plentiful. In the midst of season, Brick’s recently introduced several delicious additions, including Southern cookout-style dishes with a hometown country feel and flair in its newly-rennovated Texas-inspired hangout. The new Weekend Brunch menu offers a salivating foray such as the Smoked Veggie Frittata with smoked gouda, portobello, tomatoes and poblanos, served with Brick’s potato hash, while the Cowboy Brunch Sandwich proves to be a breakfast sandwich crowd-pleaser—served on a brioche bun, filled with smoky pork, bacon, egg, pickled onion and served with potato hash. For lighter fare, the Avocado Toast comes stacked with tomatoes, cucumbers, hatch chili ranch and microgreens, while a traditional dish of Southern Chicken & Waffles features a half chicken with housemade buttermilk waffle and peach habanero syrup. Additionally, the Sweet Tooth offers cinnamon french toast, bruleed bananas, smoked pecans and maple whipped cream, while the Rise & Shine Plate provides a classic brunch offering of two eggs your way, a choice of one of Brick’s smoked meats, a jalapeño biscuit and potato hash.

Guests can also order several new cocktails including bottomless bloody mary’s, including The Ultimate Bloody Mary—a house specialty loaded with bacon burnt ends, house-pickled vegetables and a St. Louis Rib, as well as bottomless mimosas, with an option of fresh pressed juices. Whether you’re craving a healthy or hearty start to your day as you wander the farmers market or make plans to set off to one of the keys, this downtown dugout has got the BBQ brunch goods.

Brunch is now being served every Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30am to 3:00pm.
