As a part of its Invest in Incredible initiative, Gulf Coast Community Foundation is offering the nonprofit capacity-building workshop Building a Dynamic Volunteer Base: Best Practices from the Field. Designed for staff, volunteers, and board members, the January 29 session will cover the essential components of an engaging yet efficient volunteer-management program. Many regional nonprofits depend on volunteers to help fulfill their missions and aid in transforming their communities.
