Home sales are strong in Casey Key, with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty achieving more than $20 million in total sales volume year-to-date. Sales associates Lisa Napolitano and Valerie Dall’Acqua, of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Venice and Sarasota offices, respectively, recently sold a $4.1 million residence at 1906 Casey Key Road, the second highest-price sale on Casey Key year-to-date, as well as the $1.55 million property at 2712 Casey Key Road.
