The board of The Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center has promoted Charlene Altenhain to the role of Executive Director, along with the promotion of three other key staff. The promotions come with the departure of Dr. Kameron Hodgens, who is moving on this month.

With a five-acre campus housing 17 human service nonprofits, she participates in a number of community-wide efforts in the Sarasota/Manatee region. Currently, she is chair of the Community Alliance of Sarasota County, co-chair of the Adult Leadership Program and member of the Leadership Council for the Greater Sarasota Chamber, and she is a member of Sarasota County’s Human Services Advisory Council. The three other promotions include Sarah Glendening, Director of Community Relations; Marian Haupt, Facilities Manager; and Andrea Lane, Director of Administration.
