DOGPerfect, a Florida-based pet retail company, has announced the upcoming grand opening celebration of its second store at the UTC Shopping Plaza. DOGPerfect is a local marketplace for bringing dogs and their people together, by providing resources, caring services and healthy products.

The University Park location will offer professional grooming, a self-serve dog wash and a DOGPerfect Arena designed for socialization, play and dog training. To celebrate DOGPerfect’s second store opening, dogs who visit the University Park store can enter a raffle to win free dog food for a year, valued up to $1,800. No purchase is necessary to enter. And customers at both the Lakewood Ranch and University Park locations will receive the following specials June 6–10: 25% off all raw/frozen dog food;  20% off all dry dog food; and buy-one-get-one free on all styles of tender-tuffs toys. Adoptions events will be held at the UTC location June 8 and 9.

A third DOGPerfect location is currently under construction and is set to open in The Landings of Sarasota this fall.
