Nominees were asked to share their insights with our judges on six key question areas:  how they define success, what peral experiences have motivated and inspired their profesional success, how they have guided transformational change in a rapidly-evolving marketplace, what trends concern them the most, who they would bring back from history to spend a morning with and what they would write in a letter to their younger selves. Our judges scored each nominee based on their responses to these above questions as they related to personal integrity, expertise, community engagement and change agents.
